Extra adults $25 per night, children are free. Please enquire when booking.

Terms and Conditions for Cancellations
Off Peak Bookings
- For off peak bookings a deposit is required to reserve your chosen booking date.
- Full payment must be received 1 week before your stay commences.
- Cancellations and changes, will be refunded if advised 1 month before the booking but deposits will be held and moved to the revised booking dates.
Peak Season
- Total payment must be made at time of booking.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made later than 1 month before booking date.
- A booking and holding fee will not be refunded
